A 1960s rosewood cabinet by Borge Mogensen for Danish manufacturers FDB.
The wonderful brass handles (doubling as keys) are amongst Mogensen's finest inventions. The rosewood is unfaded, the five drawers, two shelves and capacious storage making the cabinet both highly attractive and very practical. |

The interior is in excellent, clean condition. | |

The finely made, dovetailed drawers and shelves can be adjusted to any configuration. | |

Three of the four drawers are lined with baize, one for cutlery, the other two for glasses or other fragile items. | |

With only a few minor scratches (see final photo) this cabinet is also in excellent structural condition. The FDB manufacturer stamp is on the reverse. | |
