This design was featured at the 1951 Festival of Britain along with emergent modernist designs by Robin Day and Ernest Race. | |

In restored condition, this sideboard shows only minor signs of age. There are one or two minor scratches to the surface, only visible on close inspection. | |

It bears the Gordon Russell metal plaque to the reverse. | |
