The sculpted teak arms and clean lines show no sign of the transforming daybed mechanism. | |

The daybed is created by pressing two concealed buttons. Both arms can be lowered to a horizontal position on which the cushions are placed.

They can also be used as side tables. | |

The teak and cane are in excellent condition, with one or two very minor marks commensurate with age. | |
|
The beautiful teak back makes this a perfect free-standing sofa.
Newly-made, hardwearing cream chenille covers can be easily removed for dry-cleaning. |

The small brass mechanism buttons can only be seen from the reverse. | |

All webbing is in excellent condition. The France & Son plaque is affixed to the frame. | |
