A wonderful vintage "Superellipse" by famed poet, philosopher and mathematician Piet Hein. Hein used a synthesis of the square and circle to create a surface which has the beauty and functionality of both shapes.
In rare oak with chrome legs this table has Fritz Hansen's official stamp on the underside. Apart from a few marks commensurate with age it is in excellent condition. |
