A large, 1960s art glass chandelier by renowned Murano makers Mazzega.

It is comprised of 24 heavy art glass shards in three circular tiers. There are twelve pieces on the outer tier, nine in the middle and three in the inner, lowest hanging tier.

Each shard is approximately 35cm long and 10cm wide. The full drop of the chandelier is 100cm, though the chain can be shortened for lower ceilings.

It is illuminated by four bulbs; three at the top and one, lower hanging, bulb to light the lower sections of glass.

Complete with chrome ceiling rose it provides an amazing nuanced light.

The glass is suspended by steel hooks, joined in a central steel plate.

In excellent structural condition, the glass has no chips or cracks. The steel is slightly tarnished in keeping with age.
